Long Term Asset Management Inc. is a privately held Alberta company actively engaged in the acquisition, operation and exploitation of oil and natural gas properties in Western Canada. LTA has been in business since 2013 and currently operates 2 natural gas processing plants and over 200 wells in the Claresholm, Nanton, High River and over 200 wells and a compressor station in the brooks area, all in Southern Alberta. LTA also operates over 30 wells and a compressor station in the eastend area of Southern Saskatchewan.

Amalgamation.

Effective October 1, 2023 Long Term Asset Management Inc. amalgamated with Birchwood Resources Inc. and Eastend Energy Corp. (Including all assets and liabilities of Road 53 Resources). The amalgamated company will continue operations as Long Term Asset Management Inc.
